Report of the Tuition Task Force
In July, 2001, President Spanier appointed a Tuition Task Force to consider realistic budget projections and a range of tuition and strategies that may be necessary over the next five years to support the continued competitiveness of the University as a premier institution. Dr. Rodney A. Erickson, Executive Vice President and Provost, chaired the Task Force.
The conclusions and recommendations of the Tuition Task Force were completed in April, 2002. The final report of the Task Force was shared with the University's Board of Trustees at the May 10, 2002 meeting, and the full board approved the primary recommendations on July 11, 2002.
