Penn State Budget

You can view Penn State's budget at a variety of levels, from a narrative description of the changes included in the new fiscal year budget to specific departmental budget and expenditure detail.

The Operating Budget Report is the document presented to Penn State's Board of Trustees in July.  It includes summaries of the new budget, new tuition rates, and a description of the budget changes from the previous fiscal year.

Budget Summaries include the total budget, income and expense pie charts, tuition and fees, and the state appropriation.

The Budget Detail section inlcudes Penn State's complete operating budget at the departmental level.  Similar information is provided on actual expenditures in the Expenditure Detail section.
