Stairs/Rhoades Report
Pennsylvania School Code of 1949

Pennsylvania School Code of 1949 requires that Penn State submit a report "within 180 days of the close of the university's current fiscal year." The 2019-20 fiscal year closed on June 30, 2020. Therefore, this report is submitted in compliance with the above mentioned House Bill, which specified that the University provide the following.

• Employee Headcounts and Salary Data (2019-20)
• Summary of Employee Benefits
• Faculty Handbook
• Educational Privileges for Faculty, Staff and Retirees
• University Retirement Programs (pdf document)
• Travel Expenditures (2019-20)
• Policies and Guidelines for Paid and Unpaid Leave
